Lt. Governor Division 7 -- Elizabeth Marie Holom

Contact Elizabeth

Hello Fellow Key Clubbers,

My name is Elizabeth Holom and I am your newly elected Lieutenant Governor of Division 7. I'm a sophomore (or junior depending on when you read this) at Glasgow High School. I'm really looking forward to working on the new board, and I believe we have the potential to make this next Key Club year a great success.

While at Glasgow High School I have definitely been kept busy. I've involved myself in numerous activities including sports (volleyball and hockey), clubs (foreign language club and Key Club), music groups (choir and Life Teen Band), and others (youth group and a job at Eugene's Pizza). Although I have been involved in these activities in the past, for my upcoming junior  I plan on dropping some while picking up others. During my free time I enjoy hanging out with my friends (usually scary movie nights at my place), going to the Fort Peck Lake (if it's warm enough), listening to or (rarely) playing music, or just settling down with a good book and some hot chocolate.

Havre, Malta, and Glasgow are the three clubs that make up division 7. These three clubs are extremely hard working and I consider it a privilege to work closely with them. During my term as Lt. Governor, I hope to over come the elements (mainly the horrible Montana weather) and bring the division together at least once (hopefully more) and do some good for the communities and ultimately the division. It's all about planning, organization, communication, and passion. All three clubs have proved their passion for service. I will not let them down when it comes to organization and planning. Now, it all comes down to communication, which is of the upmost importance. Communication is everything when trying to get a large group of people together, especially when everyone has a tight schedule. Also as Lt. Governor, I hope to excite people for Key Club. It's all about tying the interests of today's young people into service. I would like to show that service is not about work, it's about benefiting others while secretly benefiting yourself.  To sum up my rambling I hope to increase communication within the division, increase the amount of team work, and entice more high school kids to join Key Club.

I may have many ideas floating around my brain at all hours of the day, but there is no possible way I could ever do this alone. It's going to take lots of work not only from me, but also from each and every club officers, advisors, and members within the division. I would also like to thank each and every one of you for your support this past election. I promise I will not disappoint.

Feel free to contact me with questions, concerns, suggestions, or just to talk or get ideas. I promise it will not be a bother (no matter what it is or what time it is). I'm here to help, and I would love to help!  Ltgovdiv7@mtkeyclub.org

Thanks again,

Elizabeth Holom
